Tennis Rules

TENNIS COURTS RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Courts are open for play at 7:30 am and close at 10:00 pm.

  1. Tennis sneakers and proper attire are required on all Courts.

  1. No smoking on or around any court at any time.

  1. No food, beverages, glass, paper cups or trash of any kind will be allowed on courts.

  1. No basketball, soccer, baseball, skateboarding, bicycle riding, rollerblading, roller-skating and scooter riding is permitted on the tennis courts.

  1. Tennis courts are available to Harbor Islands Residents and their guests ONLY. All guests must be accompanied by a resident.

  1. Courts must be dry before play.

  1. Resident must reserve and play on their assigned court.

  1. No pets allowed on the tennis courts.

  1. With prior written approval from Property Management Guest(s) of residents may attend clinics, private lessons and camps by signing a legal waiver and paying a guest fee to the Association of $10.00 per clinic or lesson and $50.00 per week for camp. Guests must be accompanied by the resident and the resident MUST attend and participate in the lesson, clinic, and/or camp. One Resident may not have more than two (2) guests. No Guest(s) may attend either a clinic or camp if a Resident is on a wait list.

  1. Guests are limited to 15% of total headcount of a clinic or camp unless prior approval is received by the Board.

  2. Residents must cancel any court reservations that they are not be able to attend. Failure to do so may forfeit their online reservation privileges.
