TENNIS INSTRUCTORS<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

RULES AND FEES<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As Adopted by the Board of Directors 11\/14\/2018<\/u><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Effective as of December 1, 2018<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. All Approved Tennis Instructors must Pre-Pay a <\/span><\/span>$150.00<\/u><\/span><\/span> monthly administrative and use fee to Harbor Islands POA on the 1st of the Month.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. After the 5<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/sup><\/span> day of the month a <\/span><\/span>$50.00 late fee<\/u><\/span><\/span> will be accessed and you will not be permitted in until payment is made.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. An Approved Tennis Instructor must have a <\/span><\/span>current<\/u><\/span><\/span> Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) o Certification of <\/span><\/span>Instructor or higher<\/u><\/span><\/span> or United States professional Tennis Association (USPTA) of <\/span><\/span>Professional or higher<\/u><\/span><\/span> and Insurance Certificate on file with the Property Management Office with <\/span><\/span>Harbor Islands POA named as Additional Insured Certificate Holder<\/u><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. The Resident<\/u><\/span><\/span> must make the reservation for their lesson with their Approved Tennis Instructor<\/span><\/span>s<\/span><\/span><\/span> and must go to assigned court. Only one coach permitted per court per private lesson. <\/span><\/span>Residents are the only ones permitted to make online reservations and any infraction with regards to this will result in the resident losing all reservation privileges. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Approved Tennis Instructors should only be on the courts when their client (Resident Only) is present. The Courts are prohibited for personal use. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Any infraction of the above stated policy will result in immediate termination to the tennis instructors coaching privileges at Harbor Islands.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            1. There will be a cap of Eight (8) Approved Tennis Instructors. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              7. The board expects honesty and integrity. If a resident states that they are not providing a lesson their word will be accepted within reason. The board reserves the right to make judgment calls if they feel this rule is being abused or taken advantage of.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

              If any of the above rules are not adhered to ACCESS WILL BE DENIED TO THE FACILITIES. <\/span><\/span>NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE<\/u><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
