TENNIS COURTS RULES & REGULATIONS<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Courts are open for play at 7:30 am and close at 10:00 pm.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. \n

      Tennis sneakers and proper attire are required on all Courts.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. \n

        No smoking on or around any court at any time.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. \n

          No food, beverages, glass, paper cups or trash of any kind will be allowed on courts.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. \n

            No basketball, soccer, baseball, skateboarding, bicycle riding, rollerblading, roller-skating and scooter riding is permitted on the tennis courts.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. \n

              Tennis courts are available to Harbor Islands Residents and their guests ONLY. All guests must be accompanied by a resident.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. \n

                Courts must be dry before play.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                1. \n

                  Resident must reserve and play on their assigned court.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                    \n
                  1. \n

                    No pets allowed on the tennis courts.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    1. \n

                      With prior written approval from Property Management Guest(s) of residents may attend clinics, private lessons and camps by signing a legal waiver and paying a guest fee to the Association of $10.00 per clinic or lesson and $50.00 per week for camp. Guests must be accompanied by the resident and the resident MUST attend and participate in the lesson, clinic, and\/or camp. One Resident may not have more than two (2) guests<\/span>. No Guest(s) may attend either a clinic or camp if a Resident is on a wait list.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Guests are limited to 15% of total headcount of a clinic or camp unless prior approval is received by the Board.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
                      2. \n

                        Residents\u00a0must cancel any court reservations that they are\u00a0not be able to attend. Failure to do so may forfeit their online reservation privileges.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
